Steve never meant to be a leader.

He wasn’t the loudest in the room. He didn’t have a fancy title. He wasn’t even that organized. Steve was just...Steve. A coffee-loving, spreadsheet-dodging, mildly overwhelmed guy who kept getting promoted for reasons no one could fully explain.

Then something changed.

Steve got a new manager…Sandra.

Sandra didn’t lead with big speeches or corporate jargon. She listened. She stayed calm in chaos. She asked questions no one else dared to.

And most importantly, she showed up the same way every single day, on time, prepared, and people-focused.

Steve didn’t realize it at first, but he was starting to do the same.

He began making decisions with others in mind. He stopped hiding from hard conversations. He even color-coded his calendar. (Okay, that took time.)

However, the point is that Steve caught leadership.

Not from a course. Not from a TED Talk. From a person.

Because leadership isn’t taught…it’s caught. And who you learn from makes all the difference.

At Lions Pride, we equip entrepreneurs and business owners to develop teams and leaders that others aspire to and want to learn from. The kind of leaders whose presence elevates the standard and inspires everyone around them. Because we believe that when we show up as the real deal, the people around us can’t help but rise too.

The question is: Are you equipping your team to become the kind of leaders whose presence raises the standard and inspires others to rise to it?

Ready to cultivate the kind of leadership that elevates your team to the next level … and your business?
