WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO.
Co-founders Chad, Danielle, and John have built a unique business model that focuses on their passion for business and love of people. ​
As they started on their journey together in building their other companies, they hired a financial business coach who guided them on the right track, taking their businesses and professional relationships to a higher level. The experience ignited their love and respect for the coaching industry, inspiring them to start a leadership company.

They eventually met John Picarello, who had the same passion and has made a career prior out of developing leaders, with experience in non-profits and business management as an Independent certified coach with the John Maxwell Team. Since their collaboration, Lions Pride has grown into a larger, more efficient team of individuals who share the same passion and talent.
