Mr. Tranchina has dedicated the past 30 years of his business career to successfully developing, managing, and partnering with a group of highly regarded restaurants and catering facilities in NY and NJ. As a successful entrepreneur, he has been directly responsible for developing and implementing various systems and processes, including finance, accounting, human resources, inventory controls, facility maintenance, capital improvements, strategic marketing, and leadership training.
Inspired by his father, who built his own electrical contracting business, he learned valuable lessons of vision, passion, compassion, and striving for excellence. These characteristics followed him through his academic journey and pursuit of a civil engineering degree. His education and 30 years of hands-on experience have given Mr. Tranchina a profoundly unique perspective toward leadership and business excellence.
