Pro-D for Business
The PRO-D is short for Professional Development.
The PRO-D is a Leadership Assessment for business owners and team members. It gives you the answers to who you are and what you do best—revealing core strengths. First, you take an online survey and it generates a personal, customized 18+ page report. The report is then reviewed with you and a member of the Lions Pride coaching team who is certified in the PRO-D leadership assessment. (See a short sample of the report below.)

The best leaders are self-aware. Our leadership assessment provides the foundation for understanding how you are wired. While most other assessments have no long-term impact, our leadership assessment focuses on empowering you to take action. This includes a detailed 18+ page report and a one-hour coaching session to review the report. The price for both is $500.
